
We are excited to announce our Winter 2012 Body Transformation Challenge! This challenge includes two Nutrition Workshops (101 and 201) and a 6-week Body Transformation Challenge that starts on January 30th and ends on March 11th. Challenge participants are required to attend both workshops and must be active members of 5B CrossFit.
Two Nutrition Workshops will prepare you for the ultimate success by introducing nutritional concepts and proven techniques to optimize your training and nourish your body. Throughout the challenge, teams of 3 will work together to accumulate points based on using these techniques and participating in fun mini challenges along the way. At the end of the 6 weeks, two individuals and one team will be declared the winners!

You will get all the tools necessary to achieve ultimate success including: health and fitness education, coaching, training, meal plans and friends to hold you accountable.
