All new members must complete the Elements Series before starting with the group training.
Whether you’re a pro athlete, generally active, or haven’t worked out in a while, CrossFit is for YOU and the Elements Series is where to start. This series consists of 6 training sessions with our world class Coaches.
The Elements Series is designed to bring you up to speed on the foundations of CrossFit; the form and technique of our movements, philosophy behind the CrossFit Program, and Nutrition Strategies we use to get incredible results.
During these six sessions your coaches will ramp up the intensity based on your ability, and assess your movements to create a personalized mobility program to improve your flexibility, performance, and safety.
At 5B CrossFit we work hard and have a great time doing it! The community is incredibly welcoming and friendly, and the workouts are extremely rewarding. There’s no reason to be nervous. This was new to all of us at some point!
The Elements Series begins on the first and third Monday of each month, and the upcoming two-week series starting on Feb 6 is hosted on M/T/Th at 7pm in our KETCHUM location. Classes are held on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday nights and attending all 6 classes is required to pass the course. Sign up today!
If you are unable to attend our regularly scheduled Elements classes, or if you have injuries or other special needs you can complete your Elements via private coaching with one of our amazing Coaches. Contact us for more information.
Have you been doing CrossFit at another Affiliate? If you have been training at another CF affiliate, you may be able to forgo the Elements Course by having your coach email us at info@5bcrossfit.com. We will talk with them and determine if you’d be better suited by doing the Elements or starting with the group classes.
