Getting Started

5B CrossFit is Blaine County’s premiere CrossFit gym. We have been changing lives for the better with CrossFit since February 2010.

How to become a member of 5B CrossFit:

Step 1

Call us at 208-450-3390. We want to understand your goals and make sure CrossFit is a good fit for you.

Step 2

A) Try a Free CrossFit Class on Saturdays at 10:30am in Sun Valley and Hailey. Do not expect to do the hardest workout of your life in this class. Everyone needs to walk before they run and sound movements precede intensity in workouts. You can take these free classes while you are doing Elements!

B) Sign up for Elements of CrossFit. Our Elements Series will change your life. This program includes 6 training sessions with a 5B CrossFit coach during which will explore the proper techniques of movements that you will find most commonly in CrossFit workouts. This Series will make your transition into the CrossFit classes much easier.  Elements can be repeated as many times as you want.

If you are unable to attend our regularly scheduled Elements classes, or if you have injuries or other special needs you can complete your Elements via private coaching with one of our amazing Coaches.  By beginning with private training, you will have a professional, certified trainer develop a workout program that is specific to your individual needs. Whether you are an elite athlete looking to gain that extra competitive edge, an average person trying to shed a few pounds, or even someone that is coming off an injury and trying to break free from a sedentary lifestyle, a personal trainer is the most specialized and effective way to begin your CrossFit journey.

Elements of CrossFit sessions are required to join the 5B CrossFit program.

A few words on cost:

Understand this: commercial gyms and some other CrossFit gyms are cheaper than us. It’s true. They are. We don’t compete on price here…we compete on quality and value…and frankly nobody comes close.  Our coaches have been voted “Best of the Valley” and the service we provide is unrivaled. Come try our program for FREE and see for yourself!

Other Options:

Private Training and Small Group Private Training

Private training and small group private training is for people who want or need more individualized attention. Individuals with injuries, low levels of conditioning, or other special needs should start here. Individuals who are specializing in developing high levels of specific sport performance should also start here. Call us at 208-450-3390 or email us at info@5bcrossfit.com to set up an appointment.

Injured?

We have a manual therapist on staff who can help fix most soft tissue and non acute trauma orthopedic injuries. Call 208-450-3390 or email info@5bcrossfit.com to discuss your condition and whether CrossFit and/or manual therapy are a good fit for you.

FREE Intro Class

Saturdays at 10:30am we offer a FREE Intro to CrossFit Class in both the Hailey and Sun Valley facilities. These classes are for people who are currently taking Elements and/or people who want to check out our program for the first time.
