Masters Classes

Masters Classes at 5B CrossFit

Masters CrossFit classes incorporate the same workouts as regular CrossFit but they are geared toward the mature athlete and those who may have greater movement restrictions.

These classes will focus on mobility and flexibility as it pertains to movements like deep squatting, bending over to lift things from the floor and reaching overhead. Healthy range of motion and ease of movement fosters a newfound feeling of safety when doing physical work or sporting activities. Ignoring or circumventing your weaknesses and restrictions is a recipe for incapacity and problems down the line. Our Masters CrossFit classes are focused and fun!

FREE Intro Class

Saturdays at 10:30am we offer a FREE Intro to CrossFit Class in both the Hailey and Sun Valley facilities. These classes are for people who are currently taking Elements and/or people who want to check out our program for the first time.
